The team have in charge the mobile data line of business, including mobile internet offers on PC & Tablets (Internet Everywhere, IPad offers), mobile internet offers on GSM (Mobile Mail& Surf) and supporting content & applications (Mobile Portal, Mobile Applications, Application Shop, Mobile TV, Email, Instant Messaging,…). The team is in charge of Mobile Data forecasts and budgets (revenues & costs) for consumer market, defining and developing the mobile internet offers, services and marketing actions that will enable to reach the forecasted revenues and to put them on the market together with sales and communication department. Mobistar Performance & Mobile Data More and more customers are now familiar with using mobile Internet, enabling a tremendous growth potential via the use of smartphones, tablet PCs or laptops. To support this growth, the company expanded its large range of smartphones and developed special tariff plans for using mobile Internet. Mission Reporting to the Consumer Mobile Data Marketing Manager, the Marketing Project leader Internet Mobile will be responsible for a range of mobile internet offers. You will defines and implements customer value propositions (including product &application offers, projects, campaigns, direct marketing programs, commercial actions) to increase penetration of mobile internet within the customer base and related revenues. Key responsibility areas Analysis: You will follow the evolution of mobile internet market, new usages, new devices, evolution of the competitive offer and analyse the impact on the portfolio. Concept development: You will develop conceptual framework and define the details of the marketing levers, campaign and/or proposition for mobile internet offers in line with the residential and mobile data marketing strategy; The proposed offers/customer value propositions will be presented in the validation process, including development of business case, project plan and forecasts Project Management: You will manage the implementation of these offers/customer value propositions to reach key targets and market objectives (timing, budget, quality, resources). Together with sales and communication, you will coordinate the launch of the offers on the market Reporting: You will follow the commercial performance of the offers under your responsibility, ensures effective reporting, performs post-mortems of your actions and if necessary revises plans Major Interactions Market intelligence & strategy : input of customer behaviour & business planning, pricing competitive and market benchmarking, fit with the Strategy Device Marketing Team: Input for device selection, Integrated value proposition Finance: budgets & business case preparation Communication & advertising agency: briefing & follow-up through the HO MBS communication Sales and Customer service: transversal contacts for concept development and implementation Specific expertise Mobile Internet / Mobile Multimedia: Affinity with the domain is a must, effective working experience is a plus Good knowledge of market trends: mobile internet offers, applications, e-mail, social networking and instant messaging on mobile phones, …. Education, specific training and experience : University degree or equivalent Experience with management of transversal projects is a plus 3 to 5 years relevant experience in B2C marketing, sales or customer service in the telecom, internet, FMCG or service industry Analytical, Problem solving, Creative, Business analysis, Program & project management Relevant experience in offer definition or telco marketing is a plus Relevant experience in web marketing (moving to mobile marketing) is a plus Interpersonal skills : Proficient in English, Dutch and/or French, Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, Persuasion/negotiation, Leadership, Team player Mobile Data team is part of the Consumer Marketing Department.
